1. [Policy rule: PR01] Return duo non-working license key

In case that your purchased digital license key is not working properly, we will investigate and do following:
a) Give your full refund for product purchased (Paypal)
b) Give replacement license key for purchased product (If required)
Condition: Upon purchase, customer agrees that has been purchased right edition.

2. [Policy rule: PR02] Return duo non-suitable license key

Always make sure that you read item description and make right item purchase, in case that you purchased key that is not suitable for you, we will do following:
a) Investigate the case and try to resolve the issue
b) Give replacement license key (If required)
Condition: No Returns, license key(s) has been exposed to customer.

3. [Policy rule PR03] Return duo license key stopped working

If product purchased has stopped working, we will do following:
a) Investigate the case and try to resolve the issue
b) Give replacement license key (by choice of buyer)
c) Send full refund (by choice of buyer)

4. [Policy rule: PR04] Return due to change of mind

Digital Party will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of item and are returned unused and in re-sellable condition. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be funded to your account balance (To your payment method). We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

5. [Policy rule: PR05] Warranty Returns

Digital Party will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 1 year of receipt of items. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Digital Party to process your warranty claim within maximum 3 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
a) Send replacement key for product purchased if on stock (by choice of customer)
b) Send Full refund (by choice of customer)

6. [Policy rule: PR06] Responsible troubleshooting

Every customer before requesting for refund is required to send screenshots of proof (Error code, window pop-up) to Digital Party Store customer support. Otherwise it will not be subject to a refund, digital party has every right to refuse return.
